Shipping Information
Products: Moozibo offers various products shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.
Processing Time: Orders are manually processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Fulfillment: All orders are fulfilled through our partner Zendrop. Products are shipped directly from third-party fulfillment partners and may ship from different locations depending on availability.

Domestic (Canada):
Standard shipping: 7 to 14 business days (FREE SHIPPING)
US Cross-border:
Standard international shipping: 9 to 14 business days (FREE SHIPPING)
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers provided through Zendrop. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also track your order using the Shop app link provided in your order confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, shipping may occasionally take up to 30 days or exceed the estimated timeframe during peak seasons, customs processing, or courier delays. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us via email — we are committed to finding a fair resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.

Returns & Refunds
No Returns Required: We do not require customers to return products in the event of an issue, as items are shipped directly from our suppliers and return shipping can be costly.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
